Never judge a book by it's cover. Looking at pictures of this band before I popped in the CD I was thinking they were more of a Ska influenced band. I was far off. This band is so damn soulful. Especially in tracks like "No One Even Knows" and the Bluesy riffs in "Take a Shine" and "Face up" Then you get upbeat tracks like "Dollars" that can show this group can rock out if they want to.
It's worth a listen if your into bands off of Daptone record label. Also a great album to add to your collection.
