The music industry is flooded by more artists now then ever and even record labels. I always try and support the bands directly or DIY labels that take the time and put together the packaging themselves no matter how many copies they are able to do. There is a new Label founded by James Knittle called Baby Teeth Tapes their first release is by a Vermont local Luke Chrisinger  titled "Soul Sleep - December" When I wrote to him to find out more about the label this was his response
"It's surely an amateur operation, but I believe in giving all my artwork a human element. The j-cards are handcut as well as the tape labels that mark the a-sides. Tapes come out in limited releases of 50 each and every tape is hand numbered."
"I'm currently trying to contact David Thomas Broughton, Dead Ghosts, Fungi Girls, and Indian Wars for future releases as well as scouting local talent in the Mid Midwest of the States. I'm also in talks of putting out multiple releases for Luke Chrisinger and his plethora of other outlets."
So look out for this label out of Columbus , Ohio https://www.facebook.com/babyteethtapes
