I always wanted to record music and in the past few years I have been creating songs in my spare time under the name
Pliable Tones. Just some random sounds using samples from You Tube clips, field recordings and old records I come across. I record everything on my home computer using random keyboards, synths and apps so the mixing of the tracks and sound quality vary on how long I want to spend on them.
Recently I put out a split Cassette/ CD with The Caring Babies and we just got a review in the new issue of
Half-Gifts. I used to write music reviews for the old zines I had done (Very Poorly I might Add) It honestly makes me happy to see a review in a newer zine and a good one at that.
Sorry I had to post this I get excited about the little things.
