I used to love eating veggie burgers made from Morning Star because they had a pretty good variety to choose from. This morning I was shocked to see they added pizza to their frozen food line. I picked up both types but tried out the Mediterranean Chickpea Pizza this morning. It has a very fresh taste. Spinach, Feta, Tomatoes, Chickpeas and mozzarella cheese on top of a nice crispy crust made of whole grains. You got to be careful because the chickpeas like to roll off. Guess it's like playing with your food. Can't wait to tast the Black Bean Baja pizza. Fire roasted corn, Tomatoes, Baja sauce you can't go wrong.
