It's funny how you can bust your ass at work every day. Train new hires. Give valid suggestions to make work easier. Then get turned down for a position because your supervisor thinks you might not want it in a month. Then gives it to a guy that has been working only with us for a month with no clue and shitty work ethics. Then after telling said guy it was a hard decision he had to make because he was passing giving the position to me. The guy then proceeds to tell my supervisor he doesn't want to take more than a dollar pay cut. Meanwhile this schmuck is making more the me as a per diem. Sometimes Karma bites you in the ass and I know my bosses ass is killing him right now.
