I Haven't been to Windsor.VT in quite a bit. I do however some time to time crave a damn Steak and cheese from a particular pizza joint in the middle of town.I don't know what it is. It's a generic steak and cheese. Melted american cheese on top with your choice of peppers, onions or mushrooms to go along with it. The meat is so finely chopped so it is very easy to chew with out having a long piece of steak coming along with a bite if you didn't chomp down hard enough. I honestly think it is the seasoning of the meat. I was chewing so slowly trying to identify the spices. Part of me thinks they sprinkle a bit of adobo seasoning on the meat but I am not a 100 percent sure. The pizzas also look amazing maybe one day I will get one even though it is hard not to resist ordering that damn steak and cheese. http://windsor-vt.pizzachef.com
