Woke up groggy and hungry, but knowing there is the graduation commencement this weekend in Hanover for Dartmouth college ,options for dining would be pretty slim around 6:30 p.m.. Off to the 99 we went to see a line basically coming out the door. Not waiting there... so across the street we went to chili's. The 4 times I been there I had a 50/50 experience. I like trying things that the menu makes it sound amazing , then when it reaches the table it's blah. Well last night was a blah moment. I ordered the loaded boneless wings. In theory chicken with queso sauce, cheese, jalapeños, scallions and bacon bits sound pretty damn amazing but I could have made this at home myself and it would probably be better. The chicken tasted like something out of the frozen food aisle in your local supermarket. The jalapeño personally to me didn't have enough kick. The cheese sauce was ok and the bacon was lacking a ton of flavor. I should have asked for a sauce of some kind or maybe sour cream. At least I know to stay away from this item next time.
